ICBC Certified Repair Centre: Report a Claim
How to Report a Claim through our ICBC Certified Repair Centre
The more organized you are before you call your insurance company, the easier and simpler the call will be. You'll need a copy of your vehicle registration, your insurance papers, driver's license, and the police file number (if there is one; for theft or vandalism claims you will need this number). The driver of the car at the time of the accident will have to make the call, or be available with the owner during the call.
The insurance representative will ask you detailed questions about the incident. If you have all of your information in front of you, with the details clear in your mind, you can avoid unnecessary follow up calls and delays.
ICBC
If you are insured with ICBC you will need to call their Dial a Claim service as soon as you have all of your information ready.

Private Insurance Companies
If you have additional coverage from a second insurer you will need to call them. However, if the incident involves another car you will still need to file an ICBC claim. Call the Dial a Claim number above to do so.
